Is our information used to train AI?
No. Your meetings are never used to train AI models, and they are never shared with other organizations.
Does a person review the minutes?
Always. Minutes Mojo produces a draft. Nothing enters your official record until someone on your team reviews, edits and approves it.
What happens to the recording?
You decide. Keep it attached to the meeting for reference, or delete it once the minutes are approved.
