Data Processing & Security Addendum

This Addendum forms part of the Terms of Service between Minutes Mojo, Inc. ("Company") and Customer.

1. Definitions

"Customer Data," "Services," "Security Incident," and "Authorized Personnel" have the meanings set forth herein or in the Agreement. "Deliverables" has the meaning set forth in the Agreement.

2. Scope

This Addendum applies solely to Customer Data processed in connection with the Services.

3. Data Ownership & Use

Customer retains ownership of Customer Data. Company processes Customer Data solely to provide, support, secure, and improve the Services and to comply with applicable U.S. law.

Customer Data is not sold and is not used to train generalized AI models except as expressly agreed in writing.

4. Security Measures

Company maintains commercially reasonable safeguards, including access controls, encryption in transit, secure infrastructure, monitoring, and secure development practices.

No security program guarantees absolute security.

5. Personnel & Confidentiality

Access is limited to Authorized Personnel subject to confidentiality obligations and appropriate training.

6. Subprocessors

Company may use subprocessors under written confidentiality and security obligations and remains responsible for their compliance.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

Customer Data is retained during the Agreement. Following termination, Company will provide access for thirty (30) days for Customer retrieval, after which Company may delete Customer Data, subject to limited backup retention.

8. Security Incidents

Company will notify Customer without undue delay after becoming aware of a Security Incident and will take reasonable remediation steps.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customer is responsible for account security, access management, and lawful use.

10. Compliance with Laws

Each party complies with applicable U.S. federal and state data protection laws. This Addendum creates no non-U.S. obligations.

11. Liability & Precedence

All claims are subject to the Agreement's liability limitations. In the event of conflict, the Agreement controls.
